Nachdem es mit dem gccfestival diesen Sommer in Neuss leider nicht klappt, freuen wir uns um so mehr, dass wir am 8. Juli die Gelegenheit haben, mit einer kleinen Schwester-Version in Neuss zu starten!
Auf über 2.000qm² erwarten euch zahlreiche und ausgewählte Händler aus Deutschland und Europa zu den Themen Comic, Film und Manga sowie tolle Fan-Gruppen und Cosplayer. Selbstverständlich wird es auch ein schönes Bühnenprogramm und andere Aktivitäten geben. Und natürlich wird es auch ein paar ausgewählte Stargäste und Synchronsprecher geben, allerdings liegt der Fokus dieser Veranstaltungsreihe nicht auf den Stars, sondern auf Cosplay, Manga, Merch & Family.
Deswegen sind Kinder bis 12 Jahren (0-11 Jahre) FREI und zahlen keinen Eintritt.
Außerdem gibt es ein vergünstigtes Cosplay Ticket.

After the gccfestival unfortunately didn't work out in Neuss this summer, we are all the happier that we have the opportunity to start with a little sister version in Neuss on July 8th!
Numerous and selected dealers from Germany and Europe on the topics of comics, films and manga as well as great fan groups and cosplayers await you on more than 2,000 square meters. Of course there will also be a nice stage program and other activities. And of course there will also be a few selected star guests and voice actors, but the focus of this series of events is not on the stars, but on cosplay, manga, merch & family.
That's why children up to 12 years (0-11 years) are FREE and do not pay admission.
There is also a discounted cosplay ticket.

Wie sind die COVID REGELN?
Achtung: Der Kunde ist alleinig dafür verantwortlich, die von der Regierung offiziell festgelegten Voraussetzungen, die zum Zeitpunkt des Events gelten, um an dieser öffentlichen Veranstaltung teilzunehmen, zu erfüllen. Sollte sich an diesen Teilnahmevoraussetzungen vom Zeitpunkt des Ticketkaufs bis zum Stattfinden des Events etwas ändern, gelten die zu dem Zeitpunkt geltenden Vorgaben und Regeln. Eine Änderung dieser Vorgaben ist kein Stornierungsgrund.

Kann ich mein Kind mit zum Event bringen?
Es gibt keine Altersbeschränkung für das Event. Kinder und Jugendliche im Alter von 1 bis 16 Jahren haben nur Zutritt in Begleitung einer personensorgeberechtigten oder einer erziehungsbeauftragten Person. Personensorgeberechtigte Person ist, wem allein oder gemeinsam mit einer anderen Person nach den Vorschriften des Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuchs die Personensorge zusteht (§ 1 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 JuSchG). Eine erziehungsbeauftragte Person ist jede Person über 18 Jahren, soweit sie auf Dauer oder zeitweise aufgrund einer Vereinbarung mit der personensorgeberechtigten Person Erziehungsaufgaben wahrnimmt oder soweit sie ein Kind oder eine jugendliche Person im Rahmen der Ausbildung oder der Jugendhilfe betreut (§ 1 Abs. 1 Nr. 4 JuSchG).
Kinder von 0-11 Jahren haben freien Eintritt in Begleitung eines Erziehungsberechtigten. Altersnachweise müssen bei Bedarf vorgezeigt werden. Alle Kinder ab einschließlich 12 Jahren benötigen ein vollwertiges Eintrittsticket.
Sind Rückerstattungen möglich?
Gekaufte Tickets sind von der Rückgabe und Stornierung generell ausgeschlossen. Dies gilt grundsätzlich für alle Eintritts-, VIP-, Photo Shoot-, Autogramm-, Diamond Pass-, Meet & Greet Tickets. Sollte ein Gast absagen und nicht zur Veranstaltung erscheinen, besteht kein Anspruch auf die Erstattung der Eintritts- und VIP Tickets. Gekaufte Photo Shoot / Autogramm / Meet & Greet / Diamond Pass Tickets für den entsprechenden Gast werden in einem Gast-Absage-Fall automatisch auf das Konto erstattet, mit dem sie bezahlt wurden. Sollte das Event aufgrund der Pandemie nicht stattfinden können, werden alle Ticketkäufer über die Möglichkeiten bzgl. Erstattung oder Verschiebung informiert.

Autogramme und Fotos mit den Stars müssen käuflich erworben werden. Von allen Gästen sind Fotos zum signieren in einer angemessenen Auswahl vor Ort verfügbar. Preisanpassungen stets vorbehalten. Die kommunizierten Preise sind zur Orientierung gedacht und können jeder Zeit erhöht werden, der Preis im Ticketshop zählt.
Alle Stargäste haben jederzeit die Freiheit, ihren Auftritt aufgrund von Film- /Jobangeboten, Krankheit oder aus privaten Gründen auch kurzfristig abzusagen. Sollte ein Gast absagen, werden Autogramm- / Photo Shoot- / Meet & Greet- / Diamond Pass Tickets selbstverständlich automatisch auf das Konto erstattet, mit dem sie gekauft wurden. Ein Anspruch auf Erstattung von Eintrittstickets inkl. VIP oder Upgrade Ticket besteht nicht.
Muss ich das ausgedruckte Ticket mitbringen?
Ja, die Tickets sind in ausgedruckter Form mitzubringen. Das Ticket muss zum Einlass vorliegen und in einem scannbaren Zustand sein. Achtung: Der QR Code ist nur einmal scanbar. Nach dem Scannen ist das Ticket entwertet.
Ist es ein Problem, wenn der Name auf dem Ticket nicht mit dem Namen des Teilnehmers übereinstimmt?
Das ist kein Problem. Die Tickets sind nicht personalisiert. Der Name auf dem Ticket muss nicht zwangsläufig mit dem Namen des Teilnehmers übereinstimmen.
Benötigen Schwerbehinderte und deren Begleitperson ein Eintrittsticket?

What are the COVID RULES like?
The customer is solely responsible for meeting the official requirements set by the government at the time of the event to attend this public event. According to the version of the Corona Protection Ordinance, which has been in force since November 24, 2021, the entry requirement is 2G, i.e. access is only granted to those who have been vaccinated and those who have recovered. In addition, there is a mask requirement within the closed rooms. Should anything change in these prerequisites for participation by the time the event takes place, the guidelines and rules applicable at the time apply. A change of these requirements is not a reason for cancellation.
Can I bring my child to the event?
There is no age limit for the event. Children and young people between the ages of 1 and 16 are only allowed in if they are accompanied by a person with custody or a parenting officer. A person with custody is who, alone or together with another person, is entitled to custody according to the provisions of the German Civil Code (Section 1 (1) No. 3 JuSchG). A parenting officer is any person over the age of 18, provided that they perform parenting duties permanently or temporarily on the basis of an agreement with the person with custody or if they look after a child or a young person in the context of training or youth welfare (Section 1, Paragraph 1, No. 4 JuSchG).
Children aged 0-11 have free entry when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Proof of age must be presented if required. All children aged 12 and over need a fully-fledged entry ticket.
Are refunds possible?
Tickets that have been purchased cannot be returned or canceled. This basically applies to all entry, VIP, Photo Shoot, Autograph, Diamond Pass, Meet & Greet tickets. If a guest cancels and does not show up for the event, there is no entitlement to reimbursement of the entry and VIP tickets. Purchased Photo Shoot / Autograph / Meet & Greet / Diamond Pass tickets for the respective guest will be automatically refunded to the account with which they were paid in the event of a guest cancellation. If the event cannot take place due to the pandemic, all ticket buyers will be informed about the options for reimbursement or postponement.

We reserve the right to make changes to the schedules, the guest list and individual items on the program.
Autographs and photos with the stars must be purchased. A reasonable selection of photos of all guests are available on site to be signed. We reserve the right to make price adjustments. The communicated prices are intended for orientation and can be increased at any time, the price in the ticket shop counts.
All star guests have the freedom at any time to cancel their appearance at short notice due to film / job offers, illness or for private reasons. Should a guest cancel, autograph / photo shoot / meet & greet / diamond pass tickets will of course be automatically reimbursed to the account with which they were purchased. There is no entitlement to reimbursement of entry tickets including VIP or Upgrade Tickets.
Do I have to bring the printed ticket with me?
Yes, you have to bring the tickets with you in printed form. The ticket must be available at the entrance and be in a scannable condition. Attention: The QR code can only be scanned once. After scanning, the ticket is canceled.
Is it a problem if the name on the ticket does not match the participant's name?
This is not a problem. The tickets are not personalized. The name on the ticket does not necessarily have to match the name of the participant.
Do severely disabled people and their companion need an admission ticket?
Attention: Due to the limited capacity, every visitor who is older than 5 years (i.e. 6 years and older) needs an entrance ticket, this also applies to severely disabled persons and persons accompanying persons with a severely handicapped ID with the trademark B.
